In my late 50s an unexpected career change lead me to my natural place - the breath. Following a truly traumatic experience I began to search for ways to calm and reset my nervous system. Traditional therapy / counseling was too long winded and not effective enough. Then I discovered breathwork, and within days Mind, body and spirit were in a better, more settled place. I could see clearly, and with focus what I needed to do. As if someone had switched the light inside of me on. That was the light of breath, the moment that showed the path ahead.

I have since shared that path with hundreds of others. Leading and inviting them to undertake their own journeys, to become curious and to face what has been, what is and what is to come with confidence and strength.  To breathe through stress and emerge better.
